Staff Attorney (Legal Expungement Clinic)
The Staff Attorney works in the Legal Clinic Department of A New Way of Life Reentry Project (ANWOL) with the goal of reducing the legal burdens placed on formerly incarcerated people as well as lowering the barriers to employment faced by formerly incarcerated people. The available position will specifically focus on the Reentry Legal Clinic, the largest reentry clinic in Los Angeles County, and individual representation of clients.
Real Estate Asset Manager
The Real Estate Asset Manager will join ANWOL’s Admin Department and SAFE House Network staff to manage a portfolio of real estate assets for the Sisterhood Alliance for Freedom & Equality (SAFE) and A New Way of Life. These real estate assets may include single family homes, apartment buildings and commercial property. The Real Estate Asset Manager must have a solid understanding of the real estate industry.
Database Manager
A New Way of Life Reentry Project is currently looking for an analytical professional with superb communication and problem-solving skills, who thrives on the chance to build out new data systems. As the Database Manager, you will oversee the development and use of the company’s AirTable and Salesforce data systems, and guarantee that all information to and from the company runs timely and securely. As the primary system administrator, this position is responsible for the performance and security of AirTable and Salesforce; driving system enhancements by executing configuration updates, coordinating internal development projects, and managing data integrations and trainings.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Clinician) possesses and implements the generic knowledge and educational background applicable to working with formerly incarcerated individuals, groups, families, other disciplines and community services within and outside A New Way of Life Reentry Project (ANWOL). The Clinician works with all appropriate systems on behalf of the client, and will visit all of the reentry facilities. The Clinician will provide a model of social service delivery that includes counseling and case management services.
Housing Coordinator
The Housing Coordinator is responsible for the proper administration and oversight of A New Way of Life Reentry Project’s safe house model by assisting women returning home from jail and/or prison with safe housing, re-establishing community connections and creating an environment that allows them to heal from trauma and transform their lives.
